Karin graduated from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam (medicine, cum laude).

After working in the medical sector for several years, Karin switched to corporate notarial law.

Since 2016, Karin has worked as an associate at Civilence in the broad field of corporate law, including the incorporation of BV’s, the issue and transfer of shares, amendments to the articles of association, mergers and other (cross-border) restructurings.

Karin successfully completed several courses at the Open Universiteit, including corporate law.
